Realty Coach Advice:-

After working on the many parameters of the review, we can say that the Builder somehow has the capacity to complete the project. As for as the quality is concerned that is average in phase 1 and phase  2, but in the new phase ( Under Construction) they have improved the quality. As for as the price is concerned,  approx Rs 200 PSF to 300 PSF are higher but the builder is providing semi-furnished flats when we talk about the other project’s price then the prices are not bad. My advice is you can buy the property in a new phase and the builder is somehow committed towards possession on time.
